These premiums were only offered while supplies lasted from July 19, 1999, to August 22, 1999. The colorful sign is made of plastic and it has the complete set of Cracker Jack premiums attached. These include a pop up Sailor Jack compass, a Cracker Jack box periscope, a pop up Bingo magnifying glass, and a Sailor Jack figure siren whistle. The sign has hole around the edges to hang it in many ways. The sign pictures Sailor Jack & Bingo and it reads as follows: SURPRISE!
