| | | | The picture shows all (13) Different Matching Volunteer Nurse Hospital Pins in this lot. Each has the back section included. They all are from the same hospital but all have a different color background. Four of them have a resin type coating. I am not sure if these are from different departments in the hospital or if the colors signify different amounts of service time. They each have the same medical symbol logo in the center and read: VOLUNTEER
