The back is blank and there is a hole at the top as made to hang it on a keychain, keyring, or as a pendant on a necklace chain. It is in the shape of a native American Indian arrowhead and it has a raised image of Mount Rainier in the center. It is marked as follows: SOUVENIR OF WASHINGTON
