The picture below shows a view of this Old Wooden Miniature Summit Engineering Wayside Lunch Room Building. Shown is the box and all of the parts that are included. This kit is not dated but it is old. The instructions are not included. This kit was made for an HO scale toy train layout. It is Wayside Building #102 LUNCH ROOM by Summit Engineering of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.

This is a started kit. The interior with dining booths and lunch counter have been assembled. All of the parts that are pictured below are included. The box pictures a locomotive engine, tender, and a passenger car stopped at a building. There are three card signs for the building including:

MIKE'S LUNCH
R.R. LUNCH
JAVA DIVE

To judge the sizes the flip top box measures about 7-1/4'' x 3-5/8'' x 1-1/8''. The parts appears to be in excellent condition. The are some nails that have some rusting as pictured. As mentioned above, the instructions are missing.
