The picture shows a front and back view of this 1960 Zippo Lighter Advertising Premium Encased Cent Key Chain. Encased is a 1960-D Lincoln Memorial Cent. The metal holder for the penny is marked on the back as follows:

There is a beaded keychain attached. The holder measures about 13/16'' wide. It is in excellent condition as pictured.
