The picture shows a front and back view of this 1966 Black Child Post Card With Attached Cotton Boll. The postcard is not dated but it has a 1966 Franklin Roosevelt 6c postage stamp on it. The postcard with the unopened bag of cotton stapled to it was mailed to a Lowell, Massachusetts address. The postcard has an image of a young black child sitting atop of a pile of freshly picked cotton. The back of the card has some instructions for planting the cotton seed. It was put out as a souvenir by the Simmons Distributing Company of Waynesboro, Georgia. To judge the sizes the post card measures 3-1/2'' x 5-1/2''. The card appears to be in fair condition as pictured with creasing because of the attached bag of cotton. The card has a punched hole at the top as made for hanging.
