This is the ''Authorized Map of The Second Byrd Antartica Expedition''. Unlike similar color map prints from the expedition, this one was offered by Grape Nuts cereal as a mail away premium. It is black & white and was made to be colored with crayon or water color paints. This premium map has not been colored. At the bottom are coloring or painting instructions. The map measures 24'' x 18-1/2''. It appears to be in fair condition with wear damage as pictured. It has folds as made. |
