| | | | The pictures show a front and back view of this 1954 Higgins Sea Food Advertising Premium 3-D Thermometer & Calendar. This old advertising thermometer and calendar is framed in multiple layers giving it a three dimensional appearance. The frame is metal. The black silhouette area scene with trees and a man cooking on a campfire are on the back of the glass. There is a light blue die cut matt that also has a log cabin on it. The picture inside has a lake scene with trees, water, and a man in a canoe. The die cut section on the right has a thermometer. On the back is a full 1954 calendar that would fold down for use during that year. There is also an unused diecut hanger section on the back. The advertising section on the front reads as follows: HIGGINS' SEA FOODS

DIAL 7-2172 This framed thermometer measures 8-1/8'' x 4-1/8''. Over all it appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. The thermometer itself does not have the glass broken, but it is not working and completely red, top to bottom. |
