It does not have a makers mark and the manufacturer is also unknown. It is simply marked on the bottom “23 MADE IN U.S.A.”. The glass is not black as it appears in the picture. It is a purplish blue color, as seen at the top in the picture. The cup or mug measures about 3-7/8'' tall and it appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
