This card was found in an 1800s photo album with cabinet photos and cartes de visites. The album had windows for the photographs. How this card was acquired is unknown. It is believed to be from the 1800s. The card has George Washington, Martha Washington, and two children that are believed to be their grandchildren. On the table there is a paper and he is holding another object. There is an old globe on the floor. It measures 2-7/16'' x 3-7/8''. It is in excellent condition as pictured. |
