TRAVERS, the 1910 ACTING THIRD ASSISTANT POSTMASTER GENERAL to a Postmaster. The second item is a 1909 form 3227 U.S. POSTAL CARD SUBAGENCY , TROY, New York. The other four paper items are dated 1909 and 1910. They are old receipts for postage stamps. To judge the sizes the Letter measures 8" x 10-1/2". They are in near mint to mint condition. |
