These are not dated but they are old. They were most likely purchased at a souvenir or gift shop during someone's stay or vacation in Philadephia, the City of Brotherly Love. The rings are made of (stainless?) steel metal and they are ajustable to fit any finger. They are marked as follows: PHILADELPHIA, PA. The rings each measure 3/4'' wide but they can be made much wider. They are in near mint to mint unused condition as pictured. |
