The picture shows a view of the advertising side of this Old RCA Victor Advertising Premium Celluloid Record Cleaner Brush. It is not dated but it is old. It is imprinted in gold, red, and black. The other side has a dark maroon material to clean dust off of old 78 rpm records. It has an image of the RCA Victor advertising dog Nipper logo with a phonograph. It is marked as follows:
