| | | | The pictures show views of this Colorful Old Boxed Vienna Austrian (2) Playing Card Deck Set. The first picture shows the card back designs and a Joker card. The second and third pictures show the card designs. The fourth picture shows the box with the card decks in the pull out drawer section. The cards and box are not dated but they are old. The red & gold backed deck is still sealed with a 1951 U.S. Internal Revenue stamp. These card decks were made in Vienna, Austria by Fed. Piatnik & Sons. They have a man on a horse trade mark. They were exclusively distributed by the Atlantic Playing Card Company, Inc. of New York, N.Y.. The artwork on the cards is detailed, colorful and beautifully printed. The red & gold backed deck is unopened and the blue & gold backed deck is opened but unused. The cards all have gold corners. There is a gold embossed seal on the top of the box and a gold embossed manufacturing label on the box bottom as well. The cards each measure 2'' x 3-1/2''. The cards are all in mint unused condition as pictured. The box has some light wear and a split corner on the right side. |
