The picture shows a view of all (13) January 1943 Stars and Stripes U.S. Armed Forces Newspapers in this lot. Actually one is hidden in the picture. These are daily London England edition newspapers for the United States Armed Forces. They are small papers (4 - 8 pages each) but they are packed with much war information and lots of pictures of war action. There are far too many interesting stories in these to mention here. There are two duplicate newspapers in this lot. The dates on these are as follows:

January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943
January 1943

The newspapers each measure about 12-1/4'' x 18''. They appear to be in fair condition with brittle and tattered edges and normal newspaper browning from age as pictured.
