The picture shows a view of this World War II Homefront Advertising Premium Picture Calendar. The top section has a picture of General MacArthur saluting in the center with five stars. It is in a metal frame. Below the picture is advertising that reads:

I am not sure if the Gloria Chain Store was a department store or grocery store. here is a 1943 calendar that folds down from the back. The calendar is complete and there is a string for hanging. To judge the size the framed picture section measures 4-1/4'' x 5-1/4''. It is in excellent condition.
