It appears to be made of bronze parts. At the top there is a pin section with a red and yellow ribbon. Attached to the ribbon are two bars and hanging from it is a medal that has images of an eagle and a rifle. It is marked on the two sides as follows: UNITED SERVICES OF NEW ENGLAND
