The picture shows a view of this Old Metal & Cloth Mens Pocket Watch Jewelry Fob. This watch fob is not dated but it is old. It is not marked and the maker is unknown. The chain, clasp, & center section are made of a gold colored metal that is probably brass. The center section has a nice design and a loop. We believe that this was a mourning fob. We have ad and seen these with a hanging locket charm with a photograph or hair from a deceased person inside. Any other charm could be added to it. The ribbon is black. Counting the chain, the fob measures 6-5/8'' long. It appears to be in excellent to near mint condition with some tarnish or patina on the clasp as pictured.
