U.S. Army   Military   World War   Homefront   Glass   Hat   Soldier   Candy Container
The picture shows two views of this Old Amber Glass United States Army Hat. I am not sure what this was from or how it was used. I am guessing that it was a candy container or a candy dish, but I am not sure. The hat is a bowl, but it doesnt lay flat because of the brim. There is no date or any markings. there are four glass mold seams, one in the front, one in back and one on each side. There is an Army emblem on the front and one on each side as well. It measures about 5" long and about 2" tall at the front. There are no cracks or chips and it is in mint condition.
