The pictures below show larger views of the (2) 1895 Danvers Massachusetts Lunatic Hospital Letters with Envelopes in this lot. These are both from Asylum Station, Massachusetts. These were both sent to a Professor at a Bradford, Massachusetts mailing address. They both have the return mailing address of a Dr. Charles W. Page, at Asylum Station, Mass.. They have an embossed George Washington two sent postage stamping. The letters appear to be about a new employee and an upcoming trip to Europe.

Both of these letters with envelopes for one price! To judge the sizes the envelopes each measure about 6-5/16'' x 3-1/2''. The letters appear to be in mint condition, and the envelopes have some normal wear from mailing, and handling as pictured. The smaller letter has two folds, and the larger letter has three folds as mailed.
