The sheet was mailed in May of 1983 to a South Berwick maine mailing address. It has a colorful, uncut, and unused magnetic sheet of King Features Syndicate Inc. Popeye cartoon character magnets. There are cutting instructions included. The characters on the sheet are the following as follows: Popeye
