| | | | The picture shows this Old & Rare New England Confectionary Company (NECCO) 5c Sky Pepps Chocolate Peppermints Candy Wrapper. The picture shows both sides of the wrapper. In searching for old candy boxes & wrappers I have found that it is not as easy as it might seem. No one saved these and now this is a rare example. These as well as others in my coming items came from a candy, tobacco, and gum jobber here in New Hampshire. Someone in the company had saved wrapper samples of all the candies they sold. Items acquired were from the 1910's to the 1940's. The business has been long since gone. These are from that lot. The wrapper measures 4-1/8" x 1-1/2". It is in excellent condition. |
