The pictures show a view of the (2) Boxed & Unused Reader's Digest Advertising Premium Miniature Toy Street Cars in this lot and the papers that came with them. These are not dated and the year that they were made is unknown. Apparently they came from Readers Digest of Pleasantville, New York, but we do not know how you acquired them, perhaps with a subscription. The included paper tells how you could have ordered more at $14.95 each. We do not know if others were made or available, but, included here is the streetcar from Powell & Mason Streets of San Francisco, California, and the streetcar named Desire (street) of New Orleans, Louisiana. These are very detailed and appear to be HO scale cars. They do not come with any track. They are just as you see them together in a box and unused. They are both also pictured on both sides of the box titled ''2 CLASSIC STREETCARS''. They are made of plastic and were made in China. The toy streetcars measure 4-1/8'' and 5-1/2'' long. They are in mint unused condition as pictured. |
