The picture below shows a larger view of all (27) Small Colorful Old Mixed Toy Train or Railroad Engines & Cars in this lot. These are from many different makers, sets, and sources. They are made of cast iron, tin, cast metal, lead, wood, and plastic. There are too many here to describe each one in detail, but we will mention what we can. In the order pictured top to bottom, left to right, are the following:

Western Germany Lithographed tin wind up steam locomotive engine. It has the key. It does work but will need some cleaning and oil. The tin hitch moves for front or back.

Norfolk & Western (N & W) Erie Lithographed tin coal & oil tender car. Missing two wheels

Santa Fe Union Pacific High Speed Service box car & Caboose together.

Black painted cast iron tender car #1085. Wheels do not roll, as made.

Wooden Northern Pacific Automobile box car #6596. red painted with black imprint, and yellow rolling wheels. Metal axles. Missing one wheel.

Red painted metal Midgetoy caboose car. Rockford, Ill. U.S.A. PAT.2775847. Second set of wheels came off but they are included.

Red painted metal Tootsietoy New York Central caboose car. Damage by white rubber wheels. Made in U.S.A.. This is one of a five car Cracker Jack premium train set.

Green painted Matchbox Superfast Pannier Tank Loco No. 47 ©1979 Lesney Products & Co. Ltd. Made in England.

Green plastic steam locomotive engine on a base.

Red painted lead Barclay (?) passenger train car. Missing wheels and a hitch.

Multi colored wood steam locomotive engine.

Red & black plastic electric engine. It has 8 tiny rolling wheels. marked DB 75 1109.

Red plastic steam locomotive engine.

Red plastic boxcar.

Yellow plastic boxcar.

Yellow wooden boxcar.

Set of (6) colorful plastic birthday cake candle holder train cars. There is a steam locomotive engine with (4) animal cage cars (Lion, Tiger, Bear, Elephant) and a caboose. There is a hole in the top of each to put a birthday candle.

All twenty-seven of these train cars for one price! To judge the sizes the top left (1st) wind up engine measures about 3-1/4'' x 2'' x 1-3/8''. These appear to vary in condition from poor all the way to mint condition as pictured and described above.
