The two of them have parents reading a Davy Crockett character book to two young Brothers. Two of these items are dated but all of them are old. Included in this lot is a larger Marx play set figure. He is made of brown plastic and it has a few painted areas. He is in his buckskin suit with his coo skin cap. He is holding a knife and an ax or tomahawk. The bottom is marked: LOUIS MARX & CO., © MCMLXIV (1964) The (6) smaller playset figures are not marked, but they also believed to be from Marx.(3) are tan, and (3) are blue. Several are holding rifles, but all of them have something in their hands that is broken or missing. There is an old black & white photograph of a young boy wearing a Davy Crockett costume. We do not know if it was for Halloween or not. This photo was once pasted in a scrap book or black page photo album. The bottom of the photo is marked: DAVY CROCKET 1955 The final two items are, as stated above, two photo slides, and they have parents reading a Davy Crockett character book to two young Brothers. All ten of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the photograph measures about 3-1/4'' x 4-1/2''. These items appear to vary from fair condition with missing parts, to excellent condition as pictured. |
