The picture below shows a larger view of this Rare 1958 Cracker Jack Mail Away Premium Offer Prize Wrapper With Magnifying Glass Prize. This wrapper or envelope was unopened, but through time, the glue dried and the front and back cleanly separated. The prize whistle with it was once inside. There is a slight indent in the paper from the clear plastic Magnifying Glass. The Cracker Jack Company number for this prize is Z-1119, and it was made in 1958 by the Midwest Molding & Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois. There are two mail away premium offers that are pictured and described on the wrapper. Both are for “PERSONAL NAME PLATES” That Glow In The Dark that are 3'' x 6'' metal in two colors (license plates) for your bike, wagon or locker for only 25 cents and two of these wrappers. The offer expired on June 30, 1958. I am selling off my large, lifetime Cracker Jack collection. This is a great opportunity, or chance for you to be the proud owner of some nice old Cracker Jack items, including many Rare, one of a kind, Art pieces from Cracker Jack, or their toy prize History, plus the included prizes here. To judge the sizes the wrapper or envelope measures about 3-1/2'' x 2-5/8''. The dexterity or palm puzzle appears to be in mint condition, and the rare wrapper is in excellent condition with wrinkling as made, and a center vertical crease, as pictured. |
