The pictures below show larger views of all (8) Old Felix The Cat Cartoon & Comic Book Character Items in this lot. The first picture has all of the items. The second and third pictures show a little closer view of a few of the items. This is an accumulated lot with a variety of items. Included in this lot are the following: There are (3) different weighted or roly poly figures. We are not sure if these were parts to a game or to a target set, but like weebles, when you knock them down they stand right back up. The same images of the characters were used on a 1940s or 1950s Lido tin target. One is of Felix himself, but his head is missing. One is of Kitty Kat, and one is of a mouse character (name?). There is an old imprinted wooden 7'' ruler. It has (5) different images of Felix The Cat and it is marked “AMERICAN PENCIL CO. - MADE IN U.S.A.”. There is a colorful old Felix The Cat Lido TV film box (shown opened). It is the box ONLY, and the title is “TRACKDOWN”. It is missing one end flap. Next is an old Lido TV film. It has dark green plastic reels, and the paper comic film, but there is no TV section, or box. This one is titled “FELIX THE CAT IN A HOLE-Y MESS”. All (15) comic frames are present. There is a ©1959 – 1977 printing of Pat Sullivan’s “A SURPRISE FOR FELIX” hard back Wonder Book. Lots of animal characters are in this book. There is a name penciled in the front, and a small tear on the top of the binding edge. The final item in this lot is a small jointed Felix The Cat licensed toy doll. It has a tag, but it is not dated. All eight of these Felix The Cat items for one price! To judge the sizes the ruler measures about 7'' long. These items appear to range from poor (broken head) to near mint condition as pictured. |
