Old Art Deco Easel Picture Frame With Popeye Character Backing

The picture shows a front and back view of this Old Art Deco Easel Picture Frame With Popeye Character Backing. The backing apparently came from an old Popeye pencil box that was probably from the 1920s or 1930s. The glass is intact. The easel rotates so the frame stands at different angles. There are no markings on the frame. Not counting the easel section, the frame measures 2-1/2'' x 4-1/4''. It is in mint condition as pictured.
