It is believed to be from the 1950s. It was probably from an in store promotion or used as a give away with Hi-C drink products.The other side is identical. The bag is imprinted in orange and black. It pictures a crescent moon in a black cloud, a black bat, and an orange jack-o-lantern. It is marked as follows: HI-C
