They are being offered just as they were found and dressed. We have not tried to clean them or fix their hair. The clothes may or may not need ironing or steaming. We do not specialize in these dolls, so please be the judge by the pictures below, because what you see is exactly what you will be getting. Shown below is this doll (front and back) wearing the included robe, the same doll (front and back) naked, the marking on her back side, and the robe alone (front and back). JAPAN (bottom of one foot) The sheer robe that is included here with this Barbie doll has been found to be from 1959 - 1964 and was part of a five piece set called ''Nighty Negligee Set #965''. It is made of a sheer pink cloth and there are some tiny blue flowers on the pocket. The cloth tag in the collar reads as follows: BARBIE ®
© BY MATTEL This Barbie doll measures about 12'' tall. We do not know how to judge the condition of Barbie dolls. To us she appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured. Her right sleeve has a tiny tear, and that same sleeve has the stitching gone from the seam. |
