The picture shows a view of this Old Realistic Looking Nodder Head & Tail Plastic Toy Turtle Figure. This turtle figure is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. It has a balanced head and tail that move when touched or with a light breeze. It is made of green marbleized hard plastic and it is marked on the bottom as follows:

The turtle measures about 3-1/2'' long. It appears to be in mint as made condition as pictured.
