The picture shows a view of both sides of this Old Automotive Advertising Clothing Button. It was intended to be sewn on your coat to remind you about your automobile. One side reads:

CHANGE TO
ALEMITE
JEMPRITE
WINTER
GEAR LUBRICANT

and the other side reads:

WHEN YOU BUTTON UP YOUR OVERCOAT
REMEMBER YOUR CAR

It measures 1-1/4" wide, black, and might be made of bakelite It is in mint condition. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1930's or 1940's. This would be great to sew on an old driving coat.
