They are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1980s. They feature the characters: Cookie Crook and Officer Crumb. Along with the cutouts, they advertise prize figures of the two in these specially marked boxes. The cutouts included here are:

The cereal box backs each measure about 7-1/2'' x 9-3/4''. They appear to be in excellent to mint condition as pictured. The house box has some light spotting on the instructions.
