The picture shows a view of this Old New England Confectionery Company Advertising Character Metal Printing Plate. The metal plate is not dated but it is old. It had made but it was never used. Normally this type of a plate is mounted on to a wooden block. It is not mounted. The reverse image is of a man or a boy comic or cartoon character with the NECCO logo as the body. To judge the size the character itself measures 2-1/2'' tall. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured.
