The picture below shows a larger view of this 1940s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Tin Noisy Snapper Jack Toy Prize Clicker. This prize is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s. Because of the metal shortages from World War II, These were cleverly manufactured from the round scrap tin metal holes from Ball or Mason canning jar lids. It has illustrated instructions on how to hold it to make a clicker or clicking noise or sound. It is marked on one side as follows:

The Snapper Jack clicker toy measures about 1-3/4'' wide. It appears to be in good used condition with some wear as pictured.
