It looks like a cigar wrapped in cellophane. It has a red and white cigar band that reads “LAREST CIGAR – MADE IN JAPAN”. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is unknown, as well as the manufacturer. The prize cigar squeaker whistle measures about 4-5/8'' long. It works well and appears to be in excellent condition as pictured.
