The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Pink Celluloid Souvenir Elephant Figurines in this lot. These are not dated but they are old. The figures are made of molded celluloid filled with white plaster. Each of these are marked ''Made In Japan'' on their bellies. These figures were most likely purchased as a souvenir from a zoo, animal park, circus, amusement park, carnival, boardwalk, or another old tourist attraction gift shop. They also may have been used as a prize from an old arcade game. One of these is marked ''Nantasket'' on the side. To judge the sizes the larger figurine measures 3-3/8'' tall. They appear to be in very good condition as pictured. The celluloid may have shrunk on these over time or the plaster may have expanded when filled because there is some small separation and spliting of the celluloid.
