The picture shows all (6) Old Cracker Jack Paper items in this lot. All of these were from the Cracker Jack Company with the exception of the Cracker Jack / Borden, Inc. stationery. Included in this lot are (from left to right) the following items: The first paper (green one) is an old POPCORN TESTING AND INSPECTION REPORT sheet. It is unused. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1930's. Next is an unused 1930's Cracker Jack Company DISTRIBUTION VOUCHER sheet. It has gold lettering at the top and the rest is blank. Next is an unused 1930's CASH RECEIVED REPORT sheet. This one does not bear the Cracker Jack name but it is from the company. It came with the first four sheets in the picture. After that there is an unused (pink) 1930's MEMO OF CASH RECEIVED credit sheet. Next is an unused sheet of 1970's - 1980's Cracker Jack / Borden, Inc. Stationery. Under the Cracker Jack logo it reads "DIVISION OF BORDEN FOODS, BORDEN, INC.". At the bottom is the former Chicago, Illinois address. The last item in this lot is a 1940's - 1950's Cracker Jack Box Wrapper / Label. This particular wrapper was from the Walter M. Lowney Company of Montreal, Canada when they were under contract with Cracker Jack to manufacture and distribute the product outside of the United States. The prize in this box would have been one of several trading cards produced at that time. It would have been either a Sports Yesterday and Today Card, a War Airplane Card, or one of the Victoria Cross Cards. All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the first sheet measures 8-1/2" x 11". They are all in near mint to mint condition. The stationery sheet has a center bend as pictured, but it is not creased. |
