The picture below shows a larger view of this Old Boxed Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Celluloid Toy Prize Magic Boat Set. This boxed set is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1920s or 1930s. It was manufactured in Japan by GK. The set comes with a colorful paper covered match box, a celluloid boat, the instructions. There should be a packet inside with a chemical that propels the boat but it is not here. According to the instructions, the boat is supposes to operate or be propelled by a chemical in he packet. The box has a paper label that pictures three different boats, water, and rocks. It is simply marked:

MAGIC BOAT
GK
MADE IN JAPAN
PATENT NO. 39448

To judge the sizes the matchbox measures about 2-1/2'' x 1-5/8'' x 7/8''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured, but it does not have the chemical packet included.
