| | | | The picture shows this Old & Rare Dairy Maid Milk Chocolate Candy Bar Wrapper. This is a 2 oz., 10c wrapper. This candy was made by Dairy Maid Chocolate Co. of Newark, N.J.. It measures 5-3/4" x 2-3/8" and in excellent condition. In searching for old candy wrappers I have found that it is not as easy as it might seem. No one saved these and now they are quite rare to find. This one as well as others in my items came from a candy, tobacco, and gum jobber in New Hampshire. Someone in the company had saved wrapper samples of all the candies they sold. Items acquired were from the 1910's to the 1940's. The business has been long since gone. This one is from that lot. |
