The picture shows the cover of this 1940 Union Convention Washington, D.C. Souvenir Book. In this hard back book there is a picture on every other page with a description on the other page of locations and buildings all around Washington, D.C.. There are (144) pages. The book was apparently used as a souvenir for a convention. There are applied printed decals in recessed areas on the cover that are marked as follows:
