The picture shows a view of this Unused 1964 Maine State Federated Labor Council Ribbon Badge. The metal tabs at the top would be folded over once a paper or celluloid name or title tag was installed. At the top is a brass name or title badge and hanging from it is a purple ribbon with silver print. It has a Union marking at the bottom and it is marked as follows:

5th BIENNIAL CONVENTION
MAINE STATE FEDERATED LABOR COUNCIL
WATERVILLE, MAINE
JUNE 17 - 18 - 19 1964

The ribbon badge measures 4-7/8'' long. It is in mint unused condition as pictured.
