| | | | The picture shows three views of this Wooden Spiral Basket With Handle. It is shown from the top, side, and bottom. This basket appears to be a size for picking small berries, but it is believed to have been made more for decoration. The year that it was made is unknown. There are no markings and the maker is unknown. The handle and basket are made from a single board that is made up of what appears to be oak and walnut. It was cut in a spiral pattern. The handle was spun around, the center lowered and screwed to an oak base. The wooden basket measures about 6-3/4'' x 5-7/8'' x 6''. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as made and pictured. |
