The pictures below shows a larger view of all (20) Colorful Old Space and Space Travel Related Toy Items in this lot. The first picture shows everything and the second one shows a little closer view of some. This is an accumulated lot with a variety of items. Included in this lot are the following:

The largest item included here is a “SPACE MAZE” maze game. This plastic game board has a maze that you have to get a metal ball bearing through without it falling into any of the many holes along the way. The game is in excellent shape but the packaging had been damaged, taped, and stapled at some point. At least it is still present, because the instructions are on the backing card under the game. It still even has the original price sticker from the Ayers & Jenkins Company of Rochester, New Hampshire.

Next is a 1950s Golden Record entitled “TOM CORBETT SPACE ACADEMY SONG”. It pictures Space Cadets on the label. The other side is missing the label and we do not know what is on that side.

There is a 12'' lithographed tin advertising premium sample ruler (Space Ruler Style #653). The ruler pictures an Astronaut in space, a flying space rocket, and a rocket capsule in space. It has a list of “MEN IN SPACE” United States Astronauts and Russian Cosmonauts, “HOW BIG IS SPACE” miles to the different planets, and “SPACE TERMS” including definitions for: Asteroid, Atmosphere, Aurora, Comet, Exosphere, Ionosphere, Light Year, Nova, and T-Time. The ruler has some writing or scribling with a red marker and a name written with a black marker on the back. These may come off, we don’t know.

There is a set of rocket shaped salt & pepper shakers. These are in yellow and clear plastic. The pepper shaker is missing the stopper in the bottom. These are marked on the bottom as follows:

V. A. KASIN MOLDED PRODS.
LOS ANGELES, CAL.
BALL PAT’D POINT

The next item is a small 1950s or 1960s lithographed tin “SPACE” joke or prank camera. This small toy camera has a lens that opens to put a tiny spring snake into it. When the button is pushed the door opens and the joke snake flies out. Unfortunately the small snake was lost. Also the camera is indented, but it could be easily opened and straightened out.

There is a small blue rubber toy spaceship or rocket ship. This may have been an early McDonald’s restaurant prize. It is marked:

ALTAIR
© DIENER INC.

There is a set of space wings pin. It is made of painted plastic and pictures a rocket headed for the red planet. It is marked:

MISSION TO MARS

Next are (7) tiny 1950s and 1960s gumball machine toy prizes. Included are (3) spacemen play set figures with guns, a spaceman with a gun charm, (2) different space ray gun charms, and a toy ring that has a missile launching and is marked:

AIR FORCE THOR

The final (5) items in this lot are all small paper items. The first is a tiny Birthday Hallmark card with a colorful space boy. There is a message inside and it was signed. There is a paste spot on the back. It was probably in a scrap book at one time.

There are (2) tiny cut outs, probably from a magazine, of space movies “HUMAN?” and “SCIENCE STORIES”.

The last two appear to be prizes or premiums of some kind. One is still in its unopened cellophane. These are glow in the dark stickers one is of a “SPACE STATION” and one is of “MARS”.

All twenty of these for one price! To judge the sizes the record measures about 6'' wide. These items appear to range from fair to mint condition as pictured and described above.
