| | | | The picture shows the cover of this ©1947 Hard Back Book Entitled: "HANK WINTON SMOKECHASER". The book was written by Montgomery M. Atwater and illustrated by E. Joseph Dreany. Besides the title the cover reads: "A newcomer to the ranks finds life in the Forest Service exciting, dangerous...and rewarding". It has 210 mint pages and measures 5-1/2" x 8-1/4". It is in near mint condition with light shelf wear on the back and slightly discolored binding edge. It doesn't appear to have ever been read. |
