The picture shows a front and back view of this 2013 American Indian Relief Council Coin Medallion Pendant Charm. This medallion may have been given out for a donation. The coin is made of an unknown gold colored metal and the bezel is made of a silver colored metal. One side of the coin has a raised image of Sacagawea with a baby, and the other side has a Native American Chief with a horse and more horses in the background. The two sides are marked as follows:
