The picture shows a view of this Old Boulogne France Electric Street Car #44 with Soldiers Photograph. The black & white photograph is not dated but it is old. It was probably taken during World War II. It pictures a small old electric streetcar with two Soldiers inside and one outside. There are some large old buildings in the background. The car is marked #44 and written on the back is ''Boulogne''. The photograph measures about 3-15/16'' x 2-5/8''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
