These cards are not dated but are believed to be from the 1950s. They were used as prizes in Sunshine Shredded Wheat cereal. There are two complete games here and one is a drawing game. The instructions for each of the two games read as follows: SUNSHINE MAZE GAME: #1-A, #1-B, #1-C, #1-D, & #1-E INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYING GAME Two or more persons. Arrange panels to form rectangle. Player uses Baker for marker starting at any arrow. Put square chips in box or cup, draw one, move baker forward or backward on dots as indicated on chip. First person to reach center is winner. SKETCHING IN THE FAMILY ALBUM: #4-A, #4-B, #4-C, #4-D, & #4-E INSTRUCTIONS FOR SKETCHING Use any of the following materials or combinations of 2 or 3 to complete drawings - black or colored pencils, crayons and water colors. Cards portray members of a family. Draw in faces and backgrounds the way you think that they should look. When finished make an album. The drawing cards have an instruction card and ones with images of: A Waving Girl, A Man in a Suit & Tie, A Woman in a Hat, and A Boy with a Baseball Bat. Each card measures about 7-3/8'' x 4''. The cards are all unused and appear to be in near mint to mint as made condition as pictured. The cards have an old musty smell but this could be easily removed. |
