The picture shows a close view of this Old MCA 10c Cigar Advertising Premium Leather Pouch. It is made of smooth leather and has the same embossed image and lettering on both sides. It picures a lit cigar and reads:
SMOKE
GOLDSMITH, SILVER & CO.
MCA
10c
HAND MADE
The inside section also has embossed lettering (not pictured) It reads:
BAY STATE M'F'G. CO.
S. FRAMINGHAM, MASS.

This pouch may have been used for matches or coins, IÕm not sure. Closed it measures 3-1/4" x 1-3/4". It is in excellent condition.
