The picture shows a close view of this Old Leather Forcite Powder Company Advertising Premium Wallet. Judging by the ad and logo it appears that this company sells or sold gun powder for blasting or mining. The wallet is made of stitched leather and has two pockets inside (one on each side). The advertising and logo is embossed and in gold. The logo is of a hammer and pic axe. It reads as follows:

Closed (as seen) it measures 4-3/8" x 2-1/2". It is in excellent condition.
